How do I know my order  has shipped?
You will receive an  order confirmation from with your order details and a tracking number for your order which you can use to check on the status of your order’s shipment.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If shortly after placing an order you realize that you had ordered the wrong item, size or quantity please email us ASAP at with your order number in the subject line.  Please note however that we are not able to guarantee that we will be able to add something to your order, change quantities, or cancel your order once it has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will have to follow the return procedure  as stated above.

What do I do if I have not received my order after 30 days?
If after tracking your shipment via the tracking number you received in your order confirmation email, you still are not able to trace your order, please email us at with your order number. If upon tracking your package and the status shows “Delivered”, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
What do I do if my order is received but the order is incomplete?
Some orders are shipped separately and you will always receive an email from us as soon as your item ships. If you did not receive a shipment notice after 14 daysof placing your order please email with your order number and specify which product is missing.
What are my payment options?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method options and their prices. Shipping times are clearly stated on all product pages so please make check that before placing an order. Shipping times for products vary depending on where the product ordered is shipped from. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation to track your order.
*All duties and taxes/customs expenses are the customer's responsibility. Please be aware that if you refuse your package due to having to pay duties and/or taxes you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Why do I not get a discount or free shipping when I order from the Rock And Roll Charity Collection?
Products under the Rock And Roll Charity Collection are not eligible for free shipping or discounts.

My order is over $149 so why do I not qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is only available for U.S. orders, so if you are ordering from outside of the U.S. this does not apply. Free shipping is also not available for all products under The Rock And Roll Charity Collection.
Are shipping times affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?
Delivery of products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus.
